Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your workspace credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds.

Content

You retain full ownership of content you upload. We don't claim any rights to your courses, student data, or customizations.

Termination

We may suspend workspaces that violate these terms, applicable law, or that are chronically past-due on payment.
